1927 saw Grand Canyon Airlines starting operations as Scenic Airlines. All these iconic Twin Otters were taken back in 2012 at Grand Canyon Airport.
Fast forward to 1990 and after the fall of the Berlin wall and the subsequent reunification of Germany, Interflug ceased operations.

Another failure just three years later and on the other side of the globe. East West ceased operations in 1993.
2012 and yet another airline to bite the dust as Strategic suspended operations and entered administration.
